DIRECTIONS TO The Vine - HCM's Ministry House (280 Vine St, Hartford)
From the Farmington Valley area
Rt. 44 into the north end of Hartford (becomes Albany Ave.)
Left onto VINE ST. (large church on the corner)
280 Vine St. on corner of Vine & Edgewood Streets
From 84 E
Exit 47 (Sigourney St.)
Right off exit onto Sigourney St.
Continue on Sigourney until intersection with Albany Ave.
Right onto Albany Ave.
First left onto Vine St.
280 Vine St. on corner of Vine & Edgewood Streets
From 84 W
Exit 49 (Ann/High St.)
Straight off exit then left onto TRUMBULL ST.
Left onto MAIN ST.
Bear left onto Rt.44/Albany Ave.
Right onto Vine St. (large church on the corner)
280 Vine St. on corner of Vine & Edgewood Streets
DIRECTIONS TO SAND Elementary School (1750 Main Street) – YoungLife Program
From the Farmington Valley area
Rt. 44 into the north end of Hartford (becomes Albany Ave.)
Turn Left onto Main Street (after passing the strip mall with Dunkin
Donuts on the right). The SAND School is on the right at Main and Mather Streets.
Use 2nd driveway entrance.
From 84E
Take 84 east to the route 44 exit. Continue straight ahead on ramp stopping at traffic lidht.
Proceed to 2nd traffic light and turn right onto MAIN ST. MAIN ST. bears right in ¼ mi.
Turn onto MAIN ST. and proceed to MAIN AND MATHER ST.
School is on the right, use 2nd driveway.
From 84W
Exit 49 (Ann/High St.)
Straight off exit then left onto TRUMBULL ST.
Left onto MAIN ST. MAIN ST. bears to the right
at traffic light. SAND is on the right at MAIN AND
